Before /after sales service

Customer Service: Your email will be replied within 24 hours on week days. If the date happens to be weekends and holidays, the responding time limit is extended to the next working day.To avoid patent infringement, All our items only come with logo-free packs. the gift box and the paper bag are 30 usd for one set.

Items: 1.  The color difference of items does not belong to the range of  exchange.

2. We only accept the return of or replace the commodity with quality problems.

Logistics: 1. you only need pay half the amount of your order if the parcel was confiscated by your customs.

                 2 we will resend the goods if they are confiscated by china customs or get lost by China post office.

Shipment on holidays: On holidays , the delivery period will be extended. For full details , visit the Holiday Notice

Payment: In principle, we will ship within 48-72 hours after getting payment.

Return & Exchange Policy

- Return requests should be emailed to Us within 2 days after you take the package.
- Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
- No quality issue is not acceptable.
- Return shipping fees would be at the charge of the client, although a compensation will be offered against those shipping costs.
